Choose good blackberries,remove stem and clean them with fresh cold water.Take 3 cups of blackberries in bowl and add one tbsp cornstarch,1 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 cup of water.Blend this mixture lightly and cook in saucepan.cook mixture over medium flame until mixture has tichkened.After the mixture thickenes add 1/5 cup of water and keep stiring the mixture continously. This sauce can be served hot or cold with icecream,bread,fruits,potato.
