In a large bowl, combine 2 Pounds ground beef, 1 egg, 1 chopped onion and a pinch of salt. Mix together and then shape into little balls. In a slow cooker, combine 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce, 2 tsp lemon juice and 1 cup of grape jelly. Stir in meatballs and cook on high, for 4 to 5 hours in a slow cooker.
