What Is A Cheese Puff Stuffed With?

Cheese puffs usually aren't stuffed, the cheese is mixed with flour and eggs to form a batter then piped onto a baking sheet and baked. An outer crust forms and the center stays soft, but the whole thing is made out of that one batter.
