How To Reheat Poached Eggs?

A poached egg that has gotten cold during meal preparation, can be dropped back into the original poaching liquid until it has warmed back up. You can reheat a poached egg in the microwave for about a minute. Be careful not to microwave it too long, as it will cook more (and no longer be poached), and could become rubbery as well.
