- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Dust a work surface with 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Lay the unfolded sheet of puff pastry on top of the cheese, then sprinkle with another 1/4 cup of grated cheese. Gently roll the dough out with a rolling pin, pressing the cheese into the dough, to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Dust with more cheese as needed.
Step 3
Cut the pastry into long 1/2-inch wide strips. Give each strip several twists, then lay them 1/2 inch apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, then remove from the parchment paper and serve.
