- 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoons corn flour
- 1 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper powder
- 1 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion

- 450 grams boneless chicken
- 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the boneless chicken and mash it well.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients (coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, kesari color/red color, all purpose flour, cumin seeds, corn flour, egg whites, turmeric powder, pepper powder, red chili powder, finely diced onion, green chili, salt, minced garlic) to the chopped and mashed chicken and mix well to form a uniform mixture.
Step 3
Divide the chicken mixture into 10 to 15 small balls.
Step 4
Heat oil in a deep frying pan until sizzling hot (test by dropping small water drops to see if they pop). Deep fry the chicken balls until golden brown.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
