Superfood Salad Naan Pizza

Ingredients

2 Pieces of Naan bread
2 TBSP Olive Oil
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
1½ cup Prepackaged Salad ( baby arugula, spinach and red chard)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 TBSP Garlic Powder, divdied
1 TBSP Pepper
1 TBSP Salt

Preparation

Preheat broiler. Place Naan on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over naan.Sprinkle 1 TBSP garlic powder on naan.Spread ½ of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on each naan. Broil until cheese is melted and edges are browned, about 6-8 min.

Meanwhile,, toss salad with lemon, pepper and the other TBSP garlic powder on greens. Place salad on pizza and slice into quarters.
