  • 1 tablespoon Yeast
  • 6 cups Bread flour
  • 1/2 cup Dried milk solids
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Heat water, sugar, salt, butter, dried milk solids, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese in a sauce pot to melt the cheese.

Cool the mixture, ensuring it is not above 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add yeast, then bread flour and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix in a bowl with dough hooks until smooth. Set aside.
