  • 0.75 cup Egg Whites
  • 3.0 tablespoons Water
  • 1.0 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Flaxseeds(optional)
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • Walden Farms Sugar Free Blueberry Spread
  • Galaxy Granola Not Sweet Vanilla
  • 1.0 sliced Banana

Put all ingredients in a blender, except for the granola and banana.
