This is an old internet recipe, that I have used for over 15 years. It is fantastic and easy, all the things you want in a weeknight dinner. Since it is made in the crockpot, put it together before work and cook on low while you are gone. End of the day, you walk in to a delicous meal. Add rice and a little veg, you are eating in minutes! Enjoy!
