- 1 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 cups Rye flour
- 1 cups All-purpose flour, unbleached
- 1 tablespoons Unsulphured molasses
- 1 tablespoons Canola oil
- 1 cups Vegetable broth or water

Pour the wet ingredients (unsulphured molasses, canola oil, and vegetable broth or water) into the bread machine baking pan.

Measure and add all other dry ingredients (salt, vital wheat gluten, caraway seeds, minced onions, dehydrated, cocoa powder, whole wheat flour, rye flour, and unbleached all-purpose flour) into the baking pan.

Carefully sprinkle the active dry yeast over the dry ingredients, taking care not to let it get wet.
