Beginnerthere are two recipes in my toolbox, macaroni & cheese and my mom's original grilled cheese, that require the most processed cheeses known to man - velveeta and american! these two cheese melt beautifully and are incredibly creamy!

- 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups dry macaroni pasta

Cook the macaroni pasta according to the package directions. Strain out the water and put the pasta back into the pot. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese, butter, and milk to the pasta and mix until everything is melted and creamy. Add salt to taste.
