Peanut Butter & Mixed Berry FroYo Bites
1 tsp. coconut oil
1c. Vanilla Greek yogurt
½ c. Peanut Butter
1½ c. fresh berries
Line each muffin tin with wrappers.
In a small bowl mix the granola and coconut oil, then fold in the peanut butter.
Layer the bottom of each muffin wrapper with a small layer of granola.
Top with vanilla yogurt, leaving ¼" at the top of each muffin wrapper.
Top with fresh berries and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
