- 1 Cauliflower
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Tomato
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Red chili
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- to taste Salt(optional)
- 2 tablespoon Oil

Wash cauliflower and potatoes and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil, add potatoes and cauliflower, and leave on medium flame.

Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander, red chili and salt.
