- 150 grams plain flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 milliliters warm water
- chopped tomatoes(optional)
- herbs(optional)
- garlic(optional)
- flour (for thickening)(optional)
- chopped onion(optional)
- tomato puree(optional)

Step 1
Measure out the flour and add the sugar, yeast and olive oil to it.

Mix in the water until a light springy dough that does not stick to any surfaces.

Leave the dough in a bowl, dust with flour, cover with a damp teatowel and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Roll out the dough into a pizza shape and cover with topping.

Mix chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, herbs, garlic, and onions together. Then spoon and spread the mixture on the pizza base.

Grate the cheese over the pizza and place in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
