  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cups frozen chopped spinach(optional)
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • fresh ground pepper
  • sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Gold nuggets
