- 3 Bell Peppers
- 1.25 pounds lean ground turkey(optional)
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen chopped spinach(optional)
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce
- fresh ground pepper
- sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Gold nuggets
