- 200 gram penne pasta
- 24 sticks fresh asparagus
- 6 spring onions chopped spring onions
- 2 large balls sliced mozzarella
- as needed fresh basil(optional)
- as needed balsamic vinegar(optional)

- to taste salt and pepper(optional)
Instructions
Step 1

Meanwhile bring another pan of water to the <a href="/W7VKDJHH">boil,</a> when the water is <a href="/W7VKDJHH">boiling </a><a href="/ZMSYZJGT">blanch </a>the asparagus briefly, remove with tongs and leave to one side

Lightly oil a <a href="/2V2PRWTZ">grill </a>pan and cook the onions until tender, then add the asparagus, cook for about 8 minutes.
