Fried Prawns With Chilli Oil and Mouli

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
8 Raw king prawns, peeled and de-veined
1 tablespoon Grilled chilli oil, (chiu chow)
120 grams Mouli, finely diced
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation

In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden brown.

Add the chillies and stir, then add the prawns and stir well.

Add the remaining ingredients in turn, stirring constantly. When the sugar has been stirred in, turn on to a dish and serve.
