- 1 can Swanson White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, 12.5 ounces, drained
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
- 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- freshly cracked black pepper
- oval butter crackers
Instructions
Step 1
Place Swanson White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast into a microwave-safe bowl and shred. A pastry blender or fork can be used for shredding.
Step 2
Add cream cheese, creole seasoning, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and Kosher salt to the chicken. Stir until well blended.
Step 3
Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stopping halfway through to stir, until heated through.
Step 4
Remove the bowl from the microwave, add shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until well blended.
Step 5
Place 1 tablespoon of the cheesy chicken mixture onto each cracker. Top with freshly cracked black pepper.
Step 6
Serve warm or cold. If serving cold, refrigerate until ready to serve.
