Aloo Matar Tikki Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Crushed green peas
Coriander Leaves
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
Garlic
3 Boiled Potatoes
Salt to taste
Slurry refined flour
Bread Crumbs

Preparation

in a bowl add boiled potatoes, crushed green peas, coriander, red chili powder, black pepper, crushed garlic , salt and mix it together

Make a round tikki and dip it in slurry maida and bread crumbs

Repeat the process for rest of the tikkis

Fry the tikki on both the side

Your Tikki is ready to serve.
