  • 5 cup summer squash cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup sharp cheese, shredded
