This is our Christmas breakfast every year, but it tastes wonderful any time of year. Bake the night before and serve in the morning as a room temperature breakfast.

  • 2 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cup chopped ham
  • 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bisquick mix
  • 3 cup milk

In 9 X 13 cake pan, add ham and vegetables.

Pour egg mixture over all.
