Spicy Egg Pakoda
1 green onion chopped
salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder(jeera Powder)
1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
1 very finely chopped green chilly.
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves(cilantro)
oil to fry
Make a paste of bengal gram flour or corn flour
With water add salt to it, red chilly powder and turmeric powder,
Make small balls and dip in the batter
Then deep fry it.
You can eat it with Tomato ketchup or green chutney.
