Peppermint White Chocolate Fudge

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 container vanilla frosting (12 ounce)
- red food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoons peppermint flavoring
- 1 handful peppermint flavored candies, crushed
Instructions
Step 1
Line an 8x8 inch pan with plastic wrap or wax paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, melt white chocolate chips by microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each session.
Step 3
Add the vanilla frosting to the melted chocolate.
Step 4
Stir the mixture well.
Step 5
Add peppermint flavoring and stir well.
Step 6
If needed, reheat the mixture for 10 seconds to ensure it is soft enough to pour.

Pour the mixture into the lined pan.
Step 8
Place 6 to 8 drops of red food coloring on top of the warm fudge.
Step 9
Using a toothpick or knife, swirl the food coloring into the top of the fudge.

Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the top of the fudge.

Cool the fudge in the refrigerator until it is hard.

Cut the fudge into pieces and serve.
