It seems that cabbage, maybe like zucchini, needs a little PR, so here goes: you should really try this cabbage sautéed in butter recipe. - 1/2 red cabbage
- 1/2 green cabbage
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
