Need an easy Saturday night dinner after all that spring yard work? These crunchy chicken breasts breaded with Dijon, honey and crunchy panko bread crumbs are perfect after a long day in the yard.

  • 16.0 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1.0 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1.0 tablespoon honey
  • 1.0 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Combine buttermilk, honey and mustard in a bowl.

Put panko in another bowl.

Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray, then spray the <a href="/R34ZSY3M">tops </a>of the chicken breasts to moisten panko crumbs.
