  • 1 block softened plain cream cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 medium to large red onion
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons creamy prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper(optional)

Step 1

Dice onion and <a href="/6L7QNTJV">chop </a>bacon into pieces. <a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a><a href="/MYJ2HRB7">skillet,</a> and cook bacon pieces until they are almost done. Add the onions, <a href="/7S3QCKWK">mix </a>so they are <a href="/6BTCX64M">coated </a>with bacon goodness, and cover so the onions <a href="/HKGWZV8T">sweat. </a> When the onions are soft and somewhat clear, set them aside and allow them to <a href="/GZFHJC5K">cool </a>almost completely.

Step 2

Combine <a href="/R3P5MM3Z">cream </a>cheese, <a href="/3JV6BKBV">sour </a><a href="/R3P5MM3Z">cream,</a> and horseradish. Add <a href="/GZFHJC5K">cooled </a>onions and bacon. Add parsley, garlic powder, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and pepper. You may take out or add more depending on your <a href="/WDCS6JL5">taste.</a>

Step 3

Pour dip into the bowl you plane to <a href="/Y6MVNCHX">serve </a>it in, cover, and put in the fridge to firm overnight. This will also make it yummier!!! <a href="/Y6MVNCHX">Serve </a>with crackers, chips, or veggie tray.
