Pam's Cowboy Caviar
Our friend Pam from Dallas brought this to a dinner party many years ago when we were living in Beckley, WV. Brought back those cowboy memories. Texans make some of the world's best chefs, you know! This recipe delivers a kick, so make sure you thoroughly rinse the jalapeños unless you want steam coming out of your ears! I served this on top of baked nachos once, too, and they were gobbled up as fast as I could make them.
