  • 3 cups vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, precooked broccoli)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
