- 1 pound bite size pork
- 3 cups vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, precooked broccoli)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
