  • 400 grams small pork steaks
  • 200 grams fioli (or similar pasta, like casarecce)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 500 grams fresh spinach, cleaned and cut into strips
  • 150 grams feta cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s instructions, drain, set aside and keep <a href="/FVYNJCCW">warm.</a>
