Ingredients
- 400 grams small pork steaks
- 200 grams fioli (or similar pasta, like casarecce)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 500 grams fresh spinach, cleaned and cut into strips
- 150 grams feta cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
<a href="/Z7DWVT8G">Marinate </a>the steaks for at least 15 minutes.

Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s instructions, drain, set aside and keep <a href="/FVYNJCCW">warm.</a>

Sauté garlic briefly in olive oil.
