  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 2 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 3 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Ginger Root, peeled and chopped
  • 4 cloves large Garlic, chopped
  • 3 pound Peaches, chopped
  • 2 mangos large Mangos, chopped
  • 1 green pepper large Green Pepper, chopped
  • 2 onions large Onions, chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers large Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped

Step 1

<a href="/technique/7S3QCKWK/mix">Mix</a> al ingredients together in a large kettle (one that does not react with vinegar), bring to a <a href="/technique/W7VKDJHH/boil">boil</a> and <a href="/technique/W7VKDJHH/boil">boil</a> very slowly about 3 hours, <a href="/technique/DRM2WPZ4/stirring">stirring</a> frequently and watching closely to prevent burning.
