BeginnerHello everyone, I have always loved my grandmother's pancakes, but they are not the healthiest option in the world. So, as I couldn't live without them, but I couldn't keep on eating all of their fat & sugars, I have decided to transform this beautiful recipe into a healthy but still delicious one. - 3 spoonfuls yogurt
- 2 spoonfuls milk
- 1 egg egg
- 2 spoonfuls oat flour
- 5 strawberries strawberries
- 1 pomegranate pomegranate
- olive oil

Step 1
First of all you have to prepare the mixture of your pancakes.

Add into a bowl, 2 spoonfuls of oat flour, a whole egg & 2 spoonfuls of milk.

Mix well, until you have an even mixture.

Then, prepare a pan and spray a little bit of olive oil, heat at medium to high temperature.

Pour bit by bit the mixture & cook your pancakes. Keep a close eye to them, as they will be thin & will burn easily.

Once all of your pancakes are made, pile them up on a plate and top with anything you fancy. I chose fat free greek yogurt, strawberries and pomegranate seeds.
