Bar Nuts

Ingredients

pound Unsalted almonds
3 tablespoons Coarsely-chopped fresh rosemary leaves
teaspoon Cayenne
3 teaspoons Dark brown sugar - (firmly packed)
3 teaspoons Coarse salt
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary mixture.

This recipe yields 4 cups.
