Pesto With Tomatoes

Process together garlic, basil, a tiny amount of olive oil, some tomato pulp (you can either peel and seed ripe tomatoes, or use canned ones), salt and pepper.

This recipe requires no parmesan, nor pine nuts. The quantity of tomato pulp you use is, as previously, for you to judge, depending on the consistency you want to obtain.

NOTES : This one is very surprising! It tastes delicious, but be warned, the color is really weird (kind of newborn poop-like, to tell the truth). It is lovely on a raw fish carpaccio.
