Step 1
Process together garlic, basil, a tiny amount of olive oil, some tomato pulp (you <a href="/technique/TPWNYF5L/can">can</a> either <a href="/technique/RSDQ7YW8/peel">peel</a> and <a href="/technique/FYFCQVPR/seed">seed</a> ripe tomatoes, or use <a href="/technique/TPWNYF5L/canned">canned</a> ones), <a href="/technique/DPSVTKVY/salt">salt</a> and pepper.
Step 2
This recipe requires no parmesan, nor pine nuts. The quantity of tomato pulp you use is, as previously, for you to judge, depending on the consistency you want to obtain.

NOTES : This one is very surprising! It <a href="/technique/WDCS6JL5/taste">tastes</a> delicious, but be warned, the <a href="/technique/HT4RHHGB/color">color</a> is really weird (kind of newborn poop-like, to tell the truth). It is lovely on a raw fish <a href="/technique/PM5N38CW/carpaccio">carpaccio</a>.
