TIP If you are on a gluten-free diet use your usual GF flour and add a teaspoon of baking powder –the cakes may not rise as much but will be equally as delicious

- 6.0 ounce self-raising flour
- pinch salt
- 4.0 ounce softened butter
- 4.0 ounce caster sugar
- 2.0 large eggs
- 2.0 dessertspoons milk
- icing sugar
- marshmallows, jelly babies, or smarties(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients (except the milk) in a food processor until smooth.
Step 2
Add the milk.
Step 3
Drop an equal quantity of the mixture into the paper cases.
Step 4

Step 5
Remove and leave to <a href="/GZFHJC5K">cool </a>on a wire rack.
Step 6
When totally cold <a href="/7S3QCKWK">mix </a>the <a href="/RP8LCDPZ">icing </a>sugar as per the direction on its packet and decorate however your imagination takes you.
