Almond Barfi

Ingredients

80 grams fine semolina
50 grams almond powder
2 teaspoons 1/ cardamom powder
33 cloves milk

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan, then stir in milk.

Cook over medium low heat, stirring well (all the time, otherwise it is lumpy). - Reduce until a smooth paste.

Then lay on a plate and let it cool,

Cut into different shapes with a cookie cutter or knife, and place in refrigerator. for an hour or two.
