  • 10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 8 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt(optional)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 7 corn tortillas
