- 300 milliliter Freshly Squeeze Orange Juice
- 30 milliliter Water
- 2 centimeter Cinnamon Stick
- 50 gram Caster Sugar
- 1 rind Shredded Rind of Orange
- 0.5 whole Orange, sliced into Segments
Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan bring sugar, 30ml of water, cinnamon stick and s<a href="/QMX3H88P">hredded o</a>range rind to boil over medium h<a href="/XZFHRHHF">eat.</a>
Step 2
When the mixture comes to boil, lower the <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat </a>and <a href="/GFSF4J5F">simmer </a>for about 3 - 5 minutes by<a href="/DRM2WPZ4"> stirring</a> occasionally to avoid burning.
Step 3
Next remove the pan away from <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat </a>and leave the mixture to <a href="/GZFHJC5K">cool </a>to room temperature.

Before <a href="/7S3QCKWK">mixing </a>the orange <a href="/QDWRNXYW">juice </a>with the sugar syrup till combined, remove the cooked orange rind and reserved it as <a href="/HZXPVMNR">garnish </a>together with 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup in a small container.
