A crispy baked chicken finger that tastes like it was fried. These Chicken Fingers are made with special seasonings and cornflakes which gives them the crunch factor. This dish is super fast and super easy to make and would go great as an appetizer for a party, and kids love them too. Serve them with your favorite sauce like ranch, hot sauce, honey mustard.

  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 whole Egg White
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1-1/2 cup Crushed Cornflakes
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, then place a cookie rack on top and spray the rack with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a shallow bowl, combine egg whites and water.

In another shallow bowl, add cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well combined.

Cut chicken breasts horizontally into thinner pieces, then cut them into strips.

Dredge each chicken strip in the egg white mixture, then immediately dip it into the cornflake mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all chicken pieces.

18 minutes or until chicken is done

Bake for 18 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
