Macedonian Crepes
In Macedonia they call this recipe, “The Poor Man’s Crepes”, because the recipe does not include milk and eggs. I, on the other hand, think that these crepes are delicious, healthy, and a great treat for vegans.

- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 cups Seltzer Water
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Pam Original Cooking Spray(optional)
- Quince Jam(optional)
- banana(optional)
- Fat-Free Cool Whip(optional)
- Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Pour a <a href="/2262VYRW">ladle </a>of batter into the <a href="/NZ2LK8CC">frying </a>pan and tip the pan so to spread the batter because you want to get a really thin pancake.
Step 2
When it starts to bubble, <a href="/TCL6N2Z7">flip </a>the crepe to the other side for another minute or so, then transfer it to a <a href="/ZJ3WDM5Q">plate.</a>

Cover the <a href="/ZJ3WDM5Q">plate </a>– the crepes will get softer in time.
