  • 24 ounces V-8 juice
  • 45 ounces Kuner's Hot Spicey style Chili beans (3 cans)
  • 1 teaspoon cracked peppercorns
  • pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 small chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 medium chopped onion

Step 1

Cook the <a href="/technique/5YGQYH5K/ground">ground</a> beef, onion, pepper, garlic, and pepper together in a heavy <a href="/technique/MYJ2HRB7/skillet">skillet</a> until the meat is <a href="/technique/HT4RHHGB/colored">colored</a> but not <a href="/technique/D434P8MH/browned">browned.</a> <a href="/technique/B52FHCF2/turn">Turn</a> the <a href="/technique/XZFHRHHF/heat">heat</a> to low and cover the meat with 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth and <a href="/technique/GFSF4J5F/simmer">simmer</a> for 25 minutes
