- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- handful fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- handful fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1 teaspoons caper juice
- 1 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoons vinegar
- drizzle olive oil
- 1 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- fresh lettuce
- bread and butter pickles

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the hardboiled eggs, chopped red onion, chopped fresh Italian parsley, chopped fresh dill, chopped capers, caper juice, mustard, vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mash the mixture with a fork and toss to combine.

Step 2
Heat the tortilla wraps. Lay out the warmed wraps and fill with fresh lettuce, bread and butter pickles, and the prepared egg salad. Roll each wrap tightly.
