Vegi Pasta
I always wanted to try pastas. I tried to make it with pasta sauces which are available in the market. But did not like any of them. So i tried to prepare it differently. And guess what! it was yummy. so i would like you all to try this. Ingredients
- 200 gram Pasta (any shape)
- Tomato Sauce
- Chilli Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soya sauce
- Basil (dried or fresh leaves)
- Grated Cheese (any)
- Mixed Vegetables (e.g., Potato, Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Capsicum/pepper, Broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 small Onion(optional)
- Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Boil Pasta according to packet instructions and drain.Before draining take out some water from it.
Step 2
Boil all the vegetables.
Step 3
<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>oil in a vessel. Add onion and <a href="/NZ2LK8CC">fry </a>till its slightly golden <a href="/D434P8MH">brown.</a>
Step 4
Add all the vegetables and <a href="/NZ2LK8CC">fry </a>for 1 min.

Add <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>according to your <a href="/WDCS6JL5">taste,</a> tomato sauce,chilli sauce and soya sauce,basil

Step 7
Then add boiled pasta and Cheese and <a href="/7S3QCKWK">mix </a>well.
Step 8
If you think the pasta is very <a href="/RF7SRX43">dry </a>you <a href="/TPWNYF5L">can </a>add the water which you saved before draining.
