- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 1/2 cups milk

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 cup margarine or butter

Cream the margarine or butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl.

Add eggs one at a time to the creamed mixture, beating until fluffy after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and chili powder.

Alternately add the melted Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets, vanilla, shredded zucchini, and milk with the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined.

Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
