A bowl of crunchy snacks definitely does a thing or two for many people.Hot pakoda or bajjis with tea is a blissful time indeed and one can never have enough recipes for these treats. So here I am sharing one more interesting pakoda/fritter recipe using sweet corn.Gram dal/channa dal/kadalai paruppu is much known for making crispy snack varieties and here I have used it instead of gram flour,as when coarsely ground gram dal gives a dish more crunch than gram flour would provide. It is such a simple recipe that you can put together even on a week day morning as side dish for any variety rice or make it is a lovely snack to nibble along with coffee.Which ever way you serve it,this will be a winner for sure :)
