XoBanana Bread made with Xocai Healthy Dark Chocolate


2 cups whole wheat flour (100% Whole Wheat Flour)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 whole eggs (beaten)
2 1/3 cups mashed banana
1 oz dark chocolate (Xocai Activ Powder)
3 chunks dark chocolate (Xocai X Power Squares, chopped)
2 chunks dark chocolate (Xocai Omega Squares, chopped)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir in Activ, X Power and Omega Squares. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes; turn out onto wire rack. Serves 4
