Easy Red Tomato Salsa
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 garlic clove, chopped
¼ cup sweet onion, chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped
2 tsp dried oregano
1-2 tsp sugar
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt
½ cup cilantro, chopped
Add tomatoes, garlic, onion, and jalapeño into a food processor and pulse until salsa is chunky.
Add oregano, sugar, black pepper and salt to salsa. Pulse a few times to blend.
Lastly, add cilantro and pulse just until salsa is slightly chunky.
