- 2 Vanilla or chocolate wafers, crushed(optional)
- 2 cup Low fat whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon peel, finely shredded
- 1/3 cup Lemon nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup Sifted powdered sugar
- 3 cup Strawberries, sliced
- 1 8 ounce package fat-free cream cheese
- Nonstick cooking spray(optional)

Step 1
Layer half of the sliced strawberries in a 2-quart clear glass bowl. Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the 8 ounce package fat-free cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, lemon nonfat yogurt, and finely shredded lemon peel. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Carefully spread this mixture over the strawberries in the glass bowl.

Step 3
Arrange the remaining sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread with the low fat whipped dessert topping.

Sprinkle the crushed wafer crumbs on top. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
