- Parmesan cheese
- Jalapeno peppers
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Stuffed salad olives
- small Green onions, cut
- 2 pounds Ground meat
- 1 tablespoon Fennel seed
- 1 tablespoon Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Pepper
- 2 loaves Frozen bread
Instructions
Step 1
Let the 2 loaves of frozen bread rise. Once risen, divide each loaf into 4 parts and roll them flat into approximately 1/4 inch ovals.
Step 2
In a skillet, cook the 2 pounds of ground meat. Drain any excess fat. Stir in 1 tablespoon each of fennel seed, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly over the flattened bread ovals. Then, spread the small cut green onions, layer with grated cheddar cheese, stuffed salad olives, and jalapeno peppers. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Carefully bring the sides and ends of the bread up and seal them securely to enclose the filling, forming stuffed bread rolls. Place the sealed rolls on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Step 5
Let the stuffed bread rolls rise for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake the stuffed bread rolls until golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes.
Step 7
To reheat, place the bread in the same foil. Serve hot.
