  • 8 ounce Fish
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli or cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Mix the flour, chili powder, salt, and pepper either in a dish or a bag.

Dry off fish, dip in milk then in flour mix and fry until golden and fish is cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.

Serve with a slice of lemon.
